Talbots pays a bonus to associates who refer people to Talbots for employment who subsequently are hired to work in a store location. The referring associate and the associate who was referred and hired must be actively employed by Talbots at the time the referral bonus is scheduled to be distributed. In addition, management, the new associate and the referring associate must complete an Associate Referral Form and submit it to Talent Acquisition within 90 days of the hire date.
Management associates are not eligible for a referral bonus for any associate hired to work in their own store. In order to receive payout, the initial introduction needs to be come from Employeereferrals.com or from the referring associate.
Note: Associates including recruiters or hiring managers, or those performing a recruitment function, regardless of title, which are directly involved in the decision-making process, are not eligible for a referral bonus. District Managers are eligible for the store referral bonus for referrals made at the District Manager level and above.

At your discretion, you may choose to sync your personal social networks with this app (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, GitHub, and/or Yahoo). Only you have access to the connections synced from these accounts through the app. Only you can view them, and only you can communicate with them. You may remove your social networks at any time for any reason. Syncing social networks is not required to participate in the referral program. At your discretion, you may choose to share a connection's contact info with company recruiters or setup auto-sharing.
